We are engaged in all phases of the construction process, from developing projects, managing execution throughout the entire project and also providing support in administration and operational phases. As project and construction manager, we take responsibility that the project is managed in a planned and structured way.
We act as the Developer’s extended arm and, together with the Client, we produce guidelines for the project and lead it towards achievement of its goals. It might, for example, involve project management, construction management or inspections.
We can ensure constructibility, tender documentation/procurement of the contract in order to reduce uncertainty prior to starting construction.
We can act as agent, project manage and manage the construction of small and large projects.
