The aim of this code of conduct is to ensure correct behaviour in our everyday work and to:
- Clarify which ethical guidelines Lektus stands for
- Provide guidance in important issues
- Say what is permissible behaviour
The code of conduct applies to everyone who works within or for the Lektus group, i.e. board of directors, executives, employees and contract personnel.
